  • Support ACA tracking, compliance, and reporting
  • Assist with required annual filings and reporting, including Form 5500, Form 1095, EEO-1, and OSHA 300
  • Prepare and review employee benefit communications, new-hire materials, and required compliance notices
  • Maintain current knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, ACA, and other applicable benefits and leave regulations
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to the corporate Human Resources team

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A service-oriented approach when assisting employees with benefits and HR-related questions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sensitive employee matters
  • Comfortable working in a full-time, in-office environment
